Z-Hat and CH4D sell dies that reduce the diameter of jacketed (sp) bullets. I was wondering if anyone has used these and how they shoot?

I made a die that reduces the diameter of a .321 Hornady to .3185" for my 8X57JR. The gun shoots them into 1.5" at 100 yds which is very good in my opinion for a drilling. This goes against the "sizing up" principle which was the biggest improvement in bullets ever around 1947 discovered I recall by B&A. This will cause the bullet jacket to spring away from the lead core. Thus I would not size varmint bullet down. For a 200 yd rifle they are just fine.

There is an outfit in Texas, I think it was, that will custom ream sizing dies to whatever is specified. I think their web address was posted here at time but I'll be damned if I can find it and don't remember it. Anybody out there know who I'm talkin' about? If so, post up their address for us. Thanks.
