Depends on what you think it is worth it. If they allow you to hit that sheep at 500 yards accross the canyon, and keep you from finishing the season empty handed? I've seen them made, and it is pretty impressive -- these aren't run through a presto-press, they are individually CNC machined. That, and they shoot. In the end, if it is worth it to you, buy them. Are they worth it plinking ground squires, probably not but then again how much do you spend to go hunting big game?????? License, tags, rifle scope, I would think that $2 for a bullet would not make much of a difference but then again it might just be me. I will not shoot any thing else after trying them a few month ago. Chris

CSJ, Which bullets do you use, the J36 or the match?

I agree with you csj. I started using them a year ago and have not looked back. Their performance is awesome! I just wish they were a little cheaper.

Hey Guys, I am planning to use the .30cal 140 gr. bullets in a .308 Win. on an upcoming Antelope hunt. Wher do I look for loading data for this bullet. Powder, primer, OAL etc. I am just plain ASKEERED to experiment with unknowns. I've sort of grown attached to all my body parts. Jay ------------------

I use the 338 caliber in 250 grain J36 for my 338 Excalibur and they shoot great with A-8700 powder. I am in the process of working up a load for my 7STW now. cj

Tweesdad, Give me some bullet measurements and your barrel length, and I will run QuickLoad for you. Failing that, use one of the faster powders and 150 grain load data (or 140 gr. Barnes load data), and you should be OK. Don
