    PLEEEEEASE, change your terminology!! Eeker

Please use "long-throated" or "freebored" rather than again sending the mental image I got when I read the title of your post!! lol

I thought that Babbling Butthead Bruce or DUH-man had found their way here from the political forum!!

I've had good luck with Sierra 90 grain HPBT bullets in my two 250 Savages. One likes 36 grains of Varget, and the other 38.5 grains of 760. Three shots into 3/8" groups at 100 yards, using a 20x scope for load developing.

The Mid Way box that the 90gr. HPs came in were marked Sierra 90gr. HPBT!!! They were flat based. This was I believe the second time I got miss represented bullets from MidWay.

I expect this barrel will shot better as more bullets go through it. I sure hope so anyway. beerroger

    Dear Mr. Bartsche:

Off topic, but my vote is for "deep throat" as the new moniker for freebored or long throated cartridge chambers.

    Excellent Freudian slip!

    Sincerely,

    Chris Bemis

Freudian slip? I hardly think so. Linda Lovelace was my favorite movie star! Eekerroger

I myself would also like to recomend that the continued use of the term "DEEP THROAT" would be advised. If for no other reason than the fond memories of well you know! Wink
