How hard is this bullet? Is it possible to get accuracy? Heard that alot of people have problems with scirocco. Thinking of trying the 150 or 165 grains bullet. Maybe the 165 grains is to hard for 308 velocity?

Sciroccos are excellent hunting bullets. 165s should work well in a 308. Like any other bullet you need to try them for their accuracy potential in your gun. The front portion of the bullet is anything but hard.
