Would someone with the swift manual tell me what they say is the most accurate powder and loads for the 200 gr. a-frame and the 300 RUM?

The manual doesn't list which load is the most accurate, just which one gave the lowest standard deviation on velocity. With the 200 gr. a-frame, IMR 4350 did this with a starting load of 75.3 gr. for 2681 fps to a max. of 81 gr. for 2935 fps from a 24" barrel. This is by no means the maximum velocity listed for the 200 gr a-frame with the other powders they list. But the one with the lowest standard deviation on velocity.

Thanks for the info. I started with H-1000 because my gun likes that powder with 200gr accubonds. I do like 4350.
