Well, had such good luck with my L-N-L progressive kit from last year that I bought another one ("really to get the free bullets by 12/31/09"). Got the press and did something dumb that caused the powder measure spring to fly off and get lost.
Called Hornady for a replacement and they sent it overnight at NO COST. Even provided 3 additional extra springs.
Did I say overnight? I think I said OVERNIGHT!
Wanted to put praise where praise is due.
