Here is some data for you 308 norma mag/ 30-338 guy and gals. Loaded some up the other day and finally got out today and shot them. 1st load was 180gr Hornady fbsp with 72.0gr H-4831sc, CCI 250 primers... Excellent load. The other load 70.5gr H-4831sc with a 190gr Hornady spbt with a CCI 250 primer as well shot excellent to. The last load was 69.5 gr of RL19 with a 165gr Speer fbsp shot very good as well. These loads were shot out of a Voere cougar one of the few factory chambered 308 norma mags. These loads showed no sings of pressure in my rifle.

Thanks for the data. I shoot a Mitchel Maxberry built 30-338. I have always shot 200 grain SMK but have been considering testing the 175 SMK. When shooting 66 rounds per match in a prone position a little reduction in recoil will be nice.
