Try 39gr to 40gr of Varget and 42gr to 43gr of IMR-4350. Seat the out as far as you can.

I use 48gr H4831SC and 129gr Hornady SPs seated/crimped to the cannelures with Rem brass and Fed 210s in my .260 Kimber 84M with very pleasing results, both on paper and on deer. I haven't played with Scirocco's (I don't use poly-tipped bullets other than varmint loads). This is a near max load for my rifle so as usual, start lower and work up carefully.

I haven' tried them yet, but for bullets in the 120gr-140gr wt. range, H4359, H4831sc, RL22 & IMR7828ssc are all top performers for accuracy & vel. For my 260ai, Varget has not been a great powder.

Thanks for the input guys. I appreciate it. The guy I load for has a cow tag starting next Friday. I'll let you know how it works out. BTW he decided to use 130gr Accubonds. I'll let you know how it works. I loaded 42 grs. of IMR 4350 under the 130gr Accubond. Win. std primer in Remington brass. Jim

The guys son got a shot at a cow just over 300 yards. He put it right behind the shoulder and she took a couple of steps and piled up. The bullet was found under the hide on the off side. Pretty damn good performance I'd say! Jim
