For internal ballistics, the Powley Computer is free and should work in any web browser, but it is not as accurate as more modern software such as QuickLOAD.

How about using a Windows emulator? QuickLOAD runs under Windows and has excellent internal and external ballistics modules. The release of QL I have was, I believe, built for the ancient 16-bit versions of Windows, and that old OS should be supported in modern emulators.

For older Macs, MicroSoft offered a Virtual PC for OS X. For the newer Intel based Macs, VMware makes a virtual machine.

I have no experience with any of the emulators (I have a Win32 PC), but I have to believe it can be done with commercially available software.
