I would start @ 42.5gr & work up.

i shoot RL-15.. but with 120s, very accurate.

I have used 45 grains and a Sierra 100 varminter before with good luck. You might try that. I have a couple hundred Vmaxs, but just haven't had time to work up a good load yet.
