I was considering reloading for a 7.62x54R I picked up recently. It seems that new brass is very expensive. However, I found that a person can buy loaded, non-corrosive, boxer primed rounds from S&B for about $7.00/box. Does anyone have any experience reloading S&B brass? How did it work?

Hello Big R.
Here in Norway S&B -brass is quite common.
I've loaded many 308 WIN, 30-06, and 7x57R, and have never had any problems with it.

In the past S&B brass was Berdan primed, so make sure before you buy it.
I have had a problem with S&B brass. Primer pockets were way too large, primers could be seated with your fingers, no pressure whatsoever required. I got gas leakage into the action.!
