Contact the folks at Sinclair International. I just received a few of their inexpensive wooden blocks for my 500 NE. Quality is excellent and Sinclair is a fine company to do business with. Did a search for loading blocks on their site. Here is the link: www.sinclairintl.com/cgi-bin/category.cgi You can get wood or plastic for your 460. Regards.

Midway has some. I think they're made by Frankfort Arsenal. I had to get one for my 338/378 and it's great.

Midway has nice hardwood wood ones. If you are a DIY type, you can make them. Drill all the way through the block, with a Forsner bit. Use a marked piece of angle iron to make a fench on the drill press. Glue a piece of thin wood on the bottom. Now you have a perfectly flat bottom cylindrical hole.
