I bought one of the Hollywood turret presses with a 12 station turret. Three stations have large threaded holes, 1-1/2-12 I think. The other nine are threaded 7/8-14. It had shotgun loading dies but I sold them as they were too slow for my needs. The press is very smooth and will handle cartridges six inches long. I see some presses being offered for serious money on eBay. Are they really that useful? I could see their appeal for 50 BMG and other loading. I found an adaptor that converts the Hollywood shell holder to Universal RCBS style for $25. Are there any other uses for these big presses? Quick, Cheap, or Good: Pick Two

swaging bullets on a single station such as I have along with an A-2 for double rifles..Not sure about the 12 station model, but old Hollywood anything is bringing big bucks. My single station presses have doubled or triple almost every year.. Ray Atkinson Atkinson Hunting Adventures 10 Ward Lane, Filer, Idaho, 83328 208-731-4120 rayatkinsonhunting@gmail.com
