yessir....load it quite a bit. loading BP cartridges are pretty easy. fill the case with BP, put in a bullet. youre done. not much to it. i personally also use a cardboard wad under the bullet. some do, some dont, its not a requirement. make sure and use magnum primers for a consistant ignition. BP lubed bullets are better if you can find them or unlubed and lube them yourself with BPG. and of course, a good BP solvent for cleaning. | |||

Spence Wolf's book is a good resource especially if you are loading for a Trapdoor Springfield. The info would pertain equally well to any rifle. | |||
