While forming some 250-3000 brass the screw holding the ex pander broke . Called RCBS and they put one in the mail no charge. I also found some Hornady 250-3K cases and bought 100 at about $0.85 ea. Rip off ??? O Well. roger Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age! Sometimes age comes alone..

RCBS and Leupold hold a very high standard that a lot of companies should strive to compete with. I have screwed up both of the above mentioned products and requested parts or sent in for repairs fully expecting to pay for my abuse and they both have continued to stand behind their products completely and I've never been charged for a thing. My allegiance has been fully won by RCBS and Leupold....

You can't beat RCBS. Years ago when taper crimp dies for handgun rounds first came out I wanted to get such a die to replace the roll crimp die in my old RCBS 380 die set. I couldn't find anyplace that sold only the taper crimp die so I called RCBS to see if I could purchase such a die directly from them. The nice lady at RCBS informed me that they did not sell individual dies but I could send them my roll crimp die and they would replace it with a taper crimp version free of charge. Now that's great customer service. Tom Z NRA Life Member
