Is that 280gr bullet a custom order? I have not seen that weight on their site. RL15 will work well for the 300gr. I only run them to 2500fps or so but you can easily get there w/ 75gr-76gr of either. If you are going to shoot alot of 300gr, you might consider making your own "plinker" from 44mag SP. You can size them down in a Lee bullet sizer. Lee will make you a custom .423 for something like $25. I also bought one in .427. Use Imperial sizing wax & go .427 first then down to .423. They shoot 1.5moa out to 100yds. For the cost of one box of Hawks, you can make all the inexpensive 300gr plinkers you want.
You can also use RL15 & 4064 for 350gr but I would go abit slower for 400gr when you get there. H4350, RL19 & IMR4831 are all good under 400gr heads.
