Is deburring only needed to inside of case after trimming case or any time fired and going to be reloaded/

waveWhen the cases are trimmed they must be chamfered (deburred) inside and out.You do not have to ID chamfer every time you reload although a light clean up does not hurt. thumbroger

On my calibers where I use a hard crimp, a light twist makes the bullet seating easier.
