After two re-orders, I may be finally getting my box of 500 HBWC's, for my SP101, hopefully sometime next week (this is MA....it's a long story!). Going thru various reloading data books, it appears that this bullet is suppose to be seated flush with the case mouth. Is this correct?

If this is correct, then how much of a crimp, if any, is required? What would be the procedure for setting the die? Or, do I need a special die for them? I have a standard set of Lee carbide dies for the .357 magnum cartridge at present.

I'll be loading these 148 grn. bullets in .357 cases and using Bullseye power for a home defense load and range practice. Thanks folks!

Your seater should work.
Seat the bullet shoulder flush with the case mouth and lightly roll crimp the edge of the case over the bullet shoulder
