Never, unless you start getting split necks; Military case necks have been annealed at the factory. | |||

Unless I'm doing some serious wildcat case changes I don't anneal any case until the 5th or 6th reloading. UNLESS I start having issues. As usual just my $.02 Paul K | |||

I used to do it each 4th cycle on brass. Now each load as I have acquired an annealing "machine" and it is a joy to watch. ES and accuracy improved. Always before sizing for me. | |||
