Does anyone here have pictures of extractor marks as a sign of high pressure? I know I saw one before but didn't save it to my computer. Thanks

Your site is the best. You just showed me a part of it that I didn't know existed. I use it often, just have to remember to turn down the sound before your home page music comes on (actually I like it but my wife always comes running into the room asking what's going on)

I think I have gotten rid of all the music, except on the Reloading page (what else would be more appropriate than "Mission Impossible"?) and the Firearms page (again, "Born In The USA" still seems like a good idea).

There is tons of stuff on my pages, enough to have kept me busy for the past 7 years, or so, and I hope that I have at least another 7 years left to continue the work.

I would like to take a look at more if anyone has them. I'm new at reloading (I took a reloading class) and would like some more opinions and information.
My bolt has grooves around the firing hole that gets bigger as I get farther to the edge (milling marks?). This leaves an impression of the rings on the base of the case and some shiny spots. The shiny spots are not a clear impression of the ejector groove but I can make out where the groove is. There are also shiny areas elsewhere.
I'm below book max (by two grains or more) and there are no other pressure signs. If I go up a full grain there is a definite ejector mark and difficult bolt lift. I have not had a chance to run it over a chronograph yet. Is my load dangerous?
I don't have a digital camera so I can't post pics.
