What's the difference between a collet die and a bushing die?

I thought they were similiar in concept, and were used for neck sizing, until I saw Redding S Type Full Length Die's on Sinclair's website.

A bushing is a steel "doughnut" that gets slid over the case neck. A collet consists of multiple "fingers" that queeze the case neck against a rod (mandrel) inside the case neck at the same time. When you grab your wanker to pee, that is like using a collet. When you put on a condom to boink, that is like using a bushing.

PS I'll be back in a few minutes after I get a paper towel to dry my hands.

Needless to say, I prefer Bushings to Collets.

I believe that the moral of this story is that a bushing is going to get you more sex than a collet.
