I'm not a big hunter, killed my 1st deer this year. You won't find me in Africa. I do like to murder paper. Therefore, mostly I only get interested in ammo because of it's availability and price. I just want it to shoot consistently well. And I reload, now. I bought a toolbox at work, sealed bid, from a fellow employee's daughter. He died of cancer. I went to her house to pay for it and she brought up his guns that were being sold. Pretty much all spoken for, but she had some shells, if I knew anyone interested. The shells turned out to be a Quaker Oats box full of bullets for reloading. She wanted 10 dollars, her offer to me, and I could not rewrite the check fast enough. Full metal jackets for my 22.250, approximately 2000 of them!! I haven't weighed one yet, appear to be 50-55 grains. Every dog has his day. I wonder now why that was all he had. No reloading equipment at all.

Would you suppose that someone may have pulled the bullets out of Lake City ammo and replaced them with Sierras?
