Just picked up a Sako today in this cal and was checing to see if anybody had any loads for this? All the guns I've been reloading for have used Varget, and this is what I have on hand right now.

Thanks

Hodgdon's website doesn't list any loads for .270 WSM using Varget with any bullets over 135 grains. Varget seems to work well for lighter bullets.

You can check this info out yourself:

Definately use slower powder for best results. My 270WSM/140 gr Accubond likes H1000, RL22, and IMR 4831.

My Savage M11 in 270 WSM shoots very good groups with the 130 gr IB and a max charge of H4831. RL 22 is also very good.
