.45 Super for carbine

I purchased a Olympic Arms K-45 carbine with 16" barrel. I would like to try the .45 super.
I will use the lower from my 450 Bushmaster. I have a CAA Sniper stock with a superior shooting systems flat wire Silicon Chrome buffer spring (20% increase in pressure), and a hydraulic buffer.
I should be able to use hot loads in this rifle.
I would use the Barnes 200 grain .451 460 S&W copper HP
in a .45 Super case.
Does any one have sugestions on powder for this combo?

There is a continuous range of loading possible from too wimpy to cycle an action, to in excess of 46 Rowland loads.

45 Super brass is not necessary for the pressure.
460 Rowland brass is not necessary for the pressure.
Any mixed once fired 45acp brass is good enough for pressures in excess of 460 Rowland.
Large pistol primers may not be adequate.
Depending on the rifle, you may have to go to a rifle primer.
The case support should be to the extractor groove.
If the case support is poor, Starline +P brass has thicker walls, but less case capacity.

Here is a work up I did with 185 gr:
0) 45 acp....................... 185 gr 7.6 gr AA#5 jams w/stock Patriot spring
1) 45 acp........................185 gr 10.2 gr AA#5 1100 fps 18,000psi
2) 45 acp +P...................185 gr 10.8 gr AA#5 1200 fps 21,700 psi
3) 45 Super.....................185 gr 12.4 gr AA#5 1312 fps 28,000 cup
4) 460 Rowland.............. 185 gr 14.5 gr AA#5 1500 fps 38,800 cup
5) Easy extraction ...........185 gr 15.0 gr AA#5 *rifle
6) Case starts to stretch..185 gr 15.2 gr AA#5 *rifle
7) difficult extraction ........185 gr 16.0 gr AA#5 *rifle
8) primer falls out ............185 gr 16.5 gr AA#5 *rifle

You will probably find that the best groups at 100 yards with a rifle are not with 185 gr bullets, but with 230 gr FMJ or larger.
