Looking for someone else, besides me, who is using Wolf primers and willing to share their findings. roger Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age! Sometimes age comes alone..

I have looked at them but I haven’t tried any. What do you think of them so far?

rIn it's 4 1/2 year life this light barreled rifle ,prior to this posting, has had a 149 different loads put through it and it continues to shoot better and better. 34gr. WW cases, Wolf primers, 25.2gr. DP74, oal= 2.110", 3053 to 3084 fps., 3 shot 1/2" group at 50yds., 4 shot 1 1/2" group at 200 yds. 50gr. Speer TNT, WW cases, wolf primers, 24,6gr DP74, oal= 2.250", 2947 to 3055 fps., 3 shot 1/2" group at 50 yds., 4 shot 1" group at 200 yds. 55gr. psp win., Wolf primers, WW cases, 24.6gr DP74, oal= 2.222", 2970 to 2999 fps. 1" group at 50 yds. 50gr. Speer TNT, WW cases, Wolf Primers, 25.2gr. DP74, oal= 2.210", 3132 to 3153 fps., 6 shot 1/2" group at 50 yds. 34gr. HP., VNMEx.MS. WW cases, Wolf Primers, 23.6gr. DP73, oal=2.135" 3125 to 3258 fps.,6 shot 5/8" group at 50 yds., 7th shot 1/2" out. a little soot, Great at 400yds. 55gr. psp, Win., WW cases, Wolf Primers, 22.9gr., DP73, DEAD ON AT 400yds. There were no pierced Wolf primers as there were in two of my Savage made rifles. The Savage rifles in question have pierced other manufacturor's primers both commercially loaded and hand loaded. This is mentioned so as not to mislead your thinking of the Wolf primers as previously posted. In the CZ .222 the Wolf primers seem to do a great job. roger oger Old age is a high price to pay for maturity!!! Some never pay and some pay and never reap the reward. Wisdom comes with age! . This 5 shot group was fired with Wolf Small Rifle primers in an M700 in 6.8 SPC. I fired it with those crappy, good for nothing Nosler Solid Base 130 grain "seconds". dxr Happiness is a tight group

I happen to like those crap bullets too (in .277 though). I think I’ll pickup a tray of Wolff primers today and give them a shot.
