Take a look at the 110 gr VMax. If there is any wind or the range is long the sharp meplat on the VMax should really matter. I happened to use RL 15 with that 110 gr bullet and the MV is over 3300 fps out of a 24" barrel. It's Ci is .365 and the 90 Sierra is only .195! That's a very large difference.

I've shot the Sierra 90HP backed by IMR-4064 and Win LR primer in three different rifles all under 1 inch. The best was under 1/2 inch out of a Browning bolt. This bullet will do considerable damage to vermin. Sierra book lists IMR-4064 start load at 46.8 gr. (book 3100fps) and max load 52.8 gr. (book 3500fps).

I've had good results in my 22" M-77 270 with the 90 gr. sierra hps. I loaded IMR 3031 with a Federal match primer can't remember the powder charge but I'm sure it was within the top 2 grs. of max.in the Sierra reloading book. It will hold 5 shots into 1 moa till that slim bbl. heats up...41

A friend pointed out something I found interesting. I think he got it from Winchester reloading data???? Anyways the 100 grain bullet in a .270 was such a poor choice for it that a 6MMRem with 100 grainer is slower at muzzle but overtakes the .270 in like 200 yards and the .243 at maybe 300.
