Handwarm?
Hey, folks, here I am again with a difficult (?) question. Could anyone tell me which tempature the bullet might have after leaving the muzzle? And is the raise of temperature due to friction or to the combustion? Thanks for your input!

as heat is absorbed over time, I would firmly believe that the bore causes more heat from friction than the powder would from burning...
just my thoughts.. but i've seen naval brass leave a black tracer through the sky, too
