If you are referring to the 7MM Rem Mag, loads for the 150 gr bullets using H4831 are listed in Hodgdon's #26, Nosler #4, and Sierra #3. Each of these manuals list a maximum load between 63 and 65 grains for a muzzle velocity between 3000 and 3100 fps.
In 1997 I did some load developement for a friend's Sako in 7MM Rem Mag using Nosler 150 gr balistic tips and CCI 250 primers.
I worked with H1000, RL22, and H4831. I found that this rifle produced the best accuracy with 64 gr of H4831 and MV at 3050. The rifle was capable of producing 3200 fps and more but accuracy dropped off quickly above 64 grains.
Hope this helps,

My Rem 700 would not get nearly those velocities with those charges.
However, here are my loads.

140 Sierra 70 gr H4831 3110 fps
"" 70 gr N205 3250
"" 71 "" 3320

150 Herters 68 gr N205 3218 fps

154 Hornady 70 gr H 4831 3144 fps

160 Nosler 68 gr H4831 3085 fps
"" 68 N205 3081
"" 68.5 N205 3115
"" 69 N205 3174

175 Nosler 66gr H4831 2945 fps
"" 66 N205 2969

These loads are obviously hot. Start at the handbook levels and work up carefully, checking for signs of high pressure.
