I just got a new Lee collet die, and am trying to set it up. The case doesn't want to enter the die.

Looks to me that the decapping pin isn't entering the flash hole.

Any suggestions?

Look in the mouth of the die to see if the decap pin appears centered. If not, you have a bent center mandrel or pin.

Look in the case to see if the flash hole is centered. If not, get better brass.

If both seem ok, you probably have a misalignment problem in your press.

Or, you have have a die in which the inner sleeve has been jammed up the die without a case and it's stuck up there. If so, remove the die's top plug and push the sleeve out, then lube the upper taper of the sleeve with a light coating of high pressure grease before reassembly.
