Yesterday while sweeping up my .45 brass, I picked up a couple of dozen 9mm that looked like dull plated brass. Tumbled together and while sorting noticed the 9mm brightened up some. Headstamp is FC 9mm LUGER. They have regular primers and appear reloadable. Does anyone know what I have? and can I reload?

Sounds like it is very tarnished.
