Hello All,

I would like to thank you all for your support.

As an update, I've filed a case with the BBB and have advised Marty at M Custom Guns that unless he comes good, I'll be proceding with filing a Mail Fraud case with the Post Office. I'll also have to look into this wire fraud stuff thats been mentioned on this thread.

Due to the overwelming support from fellow AR members, Marty has finally contacted me and said that he was looking into this order. As yet, he has still not provided me with my order status and until I either get my refund or merchandise, I'm not going to let up on this fella.

Just browsing around I've come up with another individual at www.longrangehunting.com who is also having trouble with M Custom. This is looking to be a wider scale issue now...

Anyway, here are the full details of M Custom as far as I could find out

Owner: Martin Jackson
Business: M Custom Guns
Address: 59-B Cookeville Hwy, Carthage, TN 37030
Tel: (615) 735 1230
E-mail: mcustoms@twlakes.net
Web: http://www.martscustoms.com

The web site you have posted will no longer open. I did a web search for M Custom Guns and found some other forums that are having the same problems as you. I don't think Mr. Marty is going to come through. I would not wait any longer and contact the postal service and anyone else the could help nail this guy.

This is a good suggestion. If you let the guy off by just letting him give you what he owes you, then he'll probably go on to scam some other innocent guy in a short while.

I say do the mail fraud thing and everything else you can to give the guy a real smack on his fingers (or perhaps a smack on his behind, and more, from his new jail mate lover; 300 pound "Big Bubba" would teach him a real leason! ).

Another update for you.

Last week I contacted again by Marty at M Custom who offered his apology and informed me that he was sending me a full refund. I've still not received this refund and until then, I plan on keeping the heat up and proceeding with the fraud claims.

Thanks for your continued support.

Goo reason for postal money orders. gives one a couple of friends in every situation. If you call law enforcement they look at it as a hard to settle issue.

Post master and postal inspector look at it as a crime against the post office!

ABSOLUTELY>>>>>>FEDERAL OFFENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello All,

Just another update. Marty has still not come good, so I've filed mail/wire fraud claims against him with the US Post Office and the Federal Trade Commission. This is in addition to the previous BBB claim.

I hope they shut him down and hang him out to dry!!!
