I have shot a bunch of loads in two 300 saum's. I have not used the new Hodgdon powder. I have used Varget, H414, IMR4350, hunter, 4007 and Reloader 17. Had good luck with all of them. I have loaded 150, 165 and 180 gr. bullets. What are you looking for?

I have not tried the superformance. I shoot a M700P LTR in 300saum. I tried Varget but got bolt hard to open before reaching book Max. loads in my gun. I load 57.5grs. of RL-15 with fed 210match primer, 150gr Accubonds or 150gr. Hornady BTSP. Out of the 20in. barrel I get just over 3000fps. 10 ft from muzzle.
I have read where Magpro was developed for the short mags but have not tried it.

Here are some that work in my Model 7

150 gr. Hornady Interbond 60 gr. varget..Max in my rifle. 165 gr. TSX 64.5 gr. R-17 Chrono'ed at 3118 fps also worked well with 165 gr. spbt. Also max in my guns. I also do 150 TSX with 65 gr. R-17. With 180 rem pspcl I use either 61 gr. Hunter or 58 gr. 4007... Again all loads are at or near max so work up...

PS. all loads shot under 1" at 100 yards
