Got some of these and need to find some loads info.
Can't find a Berger book or load info. If you have any load info for 4831/4831sc, rl 15/19 or imr 4350 I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

PM a guy who goes by "Doc" here at AR. He's shot quite a few Berger's out of a .270

Good luck!

Use any load data you have for 140 grain bullets and start at the starting load and work up.

First of all, which ".270" are we talking about here? .270 Win., .270 WSM, .270 Weatherby?
At any rate, I just received the latest Berger manual from Midsouth.
For the .270 Win. and a 140 Berger:

H-4831sc - Start = 51.5 gr. @ 2673 fps
Max. = 57.3 gr. @ 2989 fps

Rldr-19 - Start = 50.5 gr. @ 2733 fps
Max. = 55.9 gr. @ 3020 fps

IMR-4350 - Start = 47.5 gr. @ 2672
Max. = 53.0 gr. @ 2954 fps
No Rldr-15 info listed.

.270 WSM and a 140 Berger:

IMR-4350 - Start - 53.5 gr. @ 2715 fps
Max. - 59.5 gr. @ 2985 fps

Rldr-19 - Start - 55.0 gr. @ 2815 fps
Max. - 61.1 gr. @ 3109 fps

H-4831 SC - Start - 58.5 gr. @ 2745 fps
Max. - 65.0 gr. @ 3133 fps
No listing for Rldr-15

Hope this helps some.

I have used Accurate MagPro with good results in my 270 win. The 60-61 grain mark was the best charge for me. I was using a CCI 250 primer and Winchesther brass. I was tenth thousandths off the rifling in my gun. Hope this gives you another powder option.
