Looking for loads for 6.8 Rem. I have a 23" Contender bbl. I have Barnes 110 gr TSX's, and I'll be trying Sierra 110 gr Pro Hunter's as well. This is for my daughter to use for small whitetails (under 150 lbs).

Hodgdon list a few powders, I'm thinking of trying Benchmark and IMR 4198.

Anyone have an accurate hunting load worked up for this calliber in a 100-115 gr hunting (non-varmint) bullet?

Thanks.

Here's some links to data:

I have developed limited data with my 700 Rem, mainly using RL-10X and Benchmark. With my memory, I don't dare quote data unless my log is in front of me!
If possible, I would use Hornady or Silver State brass, as it uses small rifle primers. The R-P brass is LR, hardly needed in a case of this size (IMO).
