We have one of these, but I am afraid it does not shoot as well as we can off the sandbags.

Saeed, I have one also. It has never worked for me either. I sent it back and Arne Lahti said that it was bent (probably in shipping it to me) and that he would send me a new one at no charge. Excellent customer service. I am hoping that this new one will give me smaller groups than I can shoot conventionally. While trying to use it in the past and not getting good results I called Mr. Lahti and he told me a couple tricks which did no good (I presume due to the fact that it was bent) but they may help you. I imagine you already know this but will pass it on anyway. First it is very important to ensure that there is no parallax. This is done by making sure that the reticle is centered in the field of view. Secondly do not tighten the velcro strap very snug. It should only be tight enough to prevent the rifle from coming out of the rest. Do you have any idea why it is not working for you? Rufous.

I have no idea why it does not seem to work as it should.

We tried it with several of our big bore rifles, and the groups I can shoot off the nech are always better.

I use mine as a cleaning holder for my rifles. Should have used that money to buy a good scope. It is well made and I bought in a week moment. I can shoot better than the latti machine does. Kept it to long to send it back. After much thought I don't think I should have purchased it.
