Do you chamfer the case mouth after every resizing or just the 1st time?

I chamfer every reloading. The mouth of the cases tend to get a little ragged after firing.

Never, except after trimming.
With lead bullets they need belling more than chamfering.
Most copper bullets have rounded edges.
