Does anybody else ever seat bullets in increments, turning the case as you go? When I going for accuracy rounds, I like to stroke up to just kiss and seat the bullet, turn the case, then give it about a halfway seated stroke, turn again, then finish the seating. I've also found that by sizing in increments is can go through easier. I suspect it doesn't really do much for concentricity, but it makes me feel good about my ritual...

No; it is a waste of time. I tried doing it way back after I heard of it. Didn't help. I say if your tooling is that much out of concentricity, get something else. I have no time for non value added motion; too much now.
