Looking for .223 subsonic recipes.

I've gone this route with some crummy results. The velocity area was between 800 and 900 fps.using Blue Dot. The only bullet (40 grainer) to hit the target key holed. This is not to say good results can not be obtained ; I was just turned off from what performance I got and didn't go any further. roger

I have purchased reloads from Engel Ballistics in Texas. They are 63 grain. Groups of 1/8 inch at 50 yards. They are $1/shell. I can't find out what powder they're using.
