I had a great load for my 416 Rigby giving me an expanded single bullet hole at 100 yards. That was using Barnes 400 grains softs/solids, Fed 215 magnum primers and 100 grains of H4831SC.

Now I can't find anymore H4831 and need to reload and practice shooting for an upcoming (Oct) elephant hunt. The Barnes book listed Reloader 22 as the most accurate load. I found and bough some. How many grains have you used for your most accurate 2400 + FPS load?

I only use RE22 in my 416Rigby @ 104gr for 2525fps with 400gr Woodleigh RN's, this is max in my manual, but seeing as though this is a low pressure cartridge, it's fine to use as is.
Incidentally, I worked up well past this, and was able to mirror 416Weatherby loads/velocities, but boy did the recoil go up some!

Can you get H-4350? My 416 Rigby loves it.

I use 96.0 to 96.5 grains (depending on if it is a solid or soft) with a velocity in the mid-2400's(fps)

This load was given to me by Ward Dobler who was/is at Dakota Arms.

SBT, I have such good results with IMR 4350 and IMR 4064 in my CZ (416 Rigby) that I have stopped looking. I know it does not answer your question, but these powders are easy to obtain.
400gr. Hornady SP 93 grains IMR 4350 2430 fps.
380 gr. GS Custom 77 grs. IMR 4064 2388fps (cloverleaf).
410 Woodleigh 93 grains IMR 4350

My Rigby likes 98-100 grains of RL-22. Accuracy is same, speed increases with more powder. Fed 215M primer. Good shooting.
