Folks,

I stumbled across a box of what I think are 8mm bullets that I can't identify. They are 225 grain (by weight) roundnoses, no cannelure, softpoints. I am itching to try them, but if I can't get replacements, there is little point as I only have about 40 of them. Any help, as always, is appreciated.

They sound like they may be Speer Bullets,my Dad used to use a 8mm 225 round nose that Speer made and far as I know they still do.

Telly I checked my old and dog eared Speer No.9 loading manual and they do list the 225gr.RN in 8mm - going to the No.10 manual its gone from the listings so it went away sometime before 1979 when the No.10 manual was published.
