For the 75 grain bullet I use IMR4064 and IMR4895. IMR4350 is just too slow for that bullet. Hodgdon doesn't recommend IMR4350 for any bullets lighter than 85 grains. That's my favorite combo for prairie rats. I use 45.5 gr H4350 in my Win rifle and 45.0 gr in my Savage. Both have 26" bull bbls so the slower powder does well in them. The only other bullet that can compare for accuracy in my rifles is the 70gr Nos BT. Looks like 44.5 grains of IMR 4350 is the winner with a 1 inch group @100yards, and 45 grains coming in a close second with about 1 1/4 inch. I worked up the load starting at 43 grains and went up .5 intervals to 45 grains, and a COL of 2.670. | |||
