After reloading only 47 rds of .475 No2 I have had the rim of the RCBS shell holder pull off. Anyone know where I might get a thicker shell holder custom made?

Thanks John

RCBS will replace it for you, next time use better case lubing

Thanks, it was RCBS lube and reloading these cases is a breeze, I was very surprized to have it brake. Due to the very thick rim on the .475 No 2 it would make better sense to have a thicker shell holder and as I am not running the dies down to the shell holder there is plenty of clearance.

John

I broke a RCBS shell holder for the 450 No2.

I then ordered a few spares, I have not broken one since.

Also I recommend Imperial Sizing Die Wax.
It is the best case lube I have ever used.
