Are the rcbs X-dies worth the x-tra money over the cost of the rcbs standard dies and do they work as claimed?

Felcher, I don't own any but everyone that I know that has owned them said they worked as advertised.

I have a set each for my 6.5x55 and 8x57.

Can't say I was too impressed.

I tend to neck size with my standard FL die instead and trim infrequenty.

I have a couple of sets and they certainly work for me...I don't particularly like trimming cases if I can get around it...I wish all mine were X dies...

I hate trimming cases. I have three sets of x-sizer dies: 22-250, 300 WBY Mag, and a 300 WSM. All have worked fine and I personally feel they are worth the money.
