I've got a Savage 110 300RUM with 26" barrel. I'm loading 200gr Seirra Matchkings and 200gr Nosler Accubonds. I've got Retumbo powder. Can anyone give me some load data, seems scarce for these bullet choices. I'm also limited to OAL of 3.62" because of mag size .... which concerns me that these bullets seat so far into the cases.

Call Sierra and Nosler on the phone. A tech representative can probably help you.

I get great groups with 91gr of H1000 and 200gr accubond. But don't expect stellar velocity. Don't worry about 3.62". Just load it and shoot it.

I get .75", 3 shot groups using 77 grains of IMR 4350, with a chronographed muzzle velocity of 2840 fps. This is with the 200 grain Nosler Accubonds and Fed magnum primers.

I have .300RUM behing Remington700 LSS and have good success with 86 grain of AA3100 and Nosler AccuBond 200 grain bullet. I loaded about 0.030" away from lands, which in my case is OAL 3.810".
With RUM stay bit away from the lands, it is more accurate that way.

Velocity just bit over 3000 fps, accuracy amazing, at 100 under 1/2MOA.

Greetings

So your max OAL is 3.840? Damn, and I thought my Sako had a long throat. Will those 3.810" fit in your magazine?
