I had this same question myself not to long ago. I don't have Barnes's data but I gathered several off the 'net and worked up.
My rifle ( Win M70) was literally shooting into one hole with Imr 7828, WLRM's in Rem brass. I neck size with a Redding bushing die. The actual charge was over max as listed so by all means start with a lower load. I started at 64gr. and went up to 68 with no ill effects. From 66.5 to 68 went into one hole with slight verticle stringing. ( probably due to barrel heating) It seemed to take three shots from a clean bore before they settled in but I'll check that more again.
150 XBT RL19 max load 65.0 @ 3025 fps H4350 max load 58.0 @ 2882 fps IMR 7828 max load 68.0 @ 3021 fps
160 XLC RL22 max load 68.0 @ 3016 fps H4831 max load 66.0 @ 2973 fps H1000 max load 72.0 @ 3002 fps
25-06
100 XLC RL19 max load 57.0 @ 3389 fps H4350 max load 56.0 @ 3391 fps
115 XFB RL22 max load 52.5 @ 3043 fps IMR 7828 max load 54.0 @ 3026 fps
I don't think they make a 115 XLC, at least it's not in the manual so I gave yo the load for the 100 xlc and the 115 regular X. They have loads with several powder but these are the ones that they marked as recommended. Let me know if you need something else.
