My father picked up this bag of .308" bullets in a large lot of miscellaneous reloading components he bought a few years ago. Other than the blatently obvious, I have no idea what they are or who made them. They are marked only .308 180GR.P.P.DIC The bullet jackets are more silver colored than copper colored. The tips are yellow and look like plastic. The tips are rounded, not pointy like a Nosler Ballistic Tip. There are two cannelures on the bullets. I'm going to try and post a picture of them here. If anyone could tell me what kind of bullet they are and who might have made them, I would appreciate it. Thanks, Jason Just checked at my free picture hosting site. I guess too many people looked at this post and it exceded the bandwidth, so my picture is now AWOL. Hopefully it comes back soon! [ 10-08-2003, 15:14: Message edited by: JRD ]

They look like the old C.I.L.(Dominion) round-nose version of the Saber Tip bullets. They also made a good plastic-tipped spitzer as well. (That was long before John Nosler "borrowed" the idea from them. )
