Does Hornady have these bullets available to the handloader??

I haven't seen them anywhere but the loaded ammo is reasonably priced. Supposedly they use a powder that makes a fairly fast load so it might be that outperforming the factory loads as reloaders could be a little challenge anyhow.

Unless Hornady chnged there minds,I was told that they had no plans to turn these out for reloaders this year.

I would like to get some too, for my 375win.
