Has anyone tried it yet?

I'm thinking of should do good with 270 and 300 grain Barnes X, but wondering where to start....

Might be a touch slow. I would appreciate it if someone with QL would run it!

Try Win 760. or H-414 same powder

W760 is to the 375 what 4895 is to the 308

Don't have either of those, have a whole lot of Reloader 16.......

And it appears to be very close to 4350.....lots of good results with 4350.

I have not used used that powder for 37t H&H but regularly load for the caliber with Barnes 300 grain bullets and use H 4895. In all five of my 375s I have had great results with each one shooting SUB MOA. Also, great results on game in every occasion, from impala and bush buck to all the buffalos and even hippo.

I tried the 4895, accuracy was much better, but the velocities where down a bit, not enough to matter.

But I sure wish someone would run quick load for RE 16.....

Otherwise thanks for all the advise.

I reload 358 Norma Mag with a 250 gr Nosler Part bullet using RL16. I get the same velocities as H4350 with identical charges.

For use on DG I always loaded my 375 H&H down to 2500 FPS and got much better bullet performance and visually seemed to kill quicker??

Top loads I used were in the 2600 FPS and bullet performance was questionable to just plain bad..All cup and core btw...Monolithics seemed to perform better at 2600 FPS but Buff seemed to make more tracks??? Just my observation over quite a number of buffalo kills and some Bison, Eland and Hippo kills. Some kills with solids where the same at about any velocity, penetration is usually a bit better at somewhat reduced velocity due to less pressure put on the bullet I suspect..
