While doing some case work last night I noticed media spilling out of my 5 year old RCBS vibratory tumbler and onto the work bench. Upon further inspection, I saw that several cracks in the plastic bowl had developed since I last used it, about 6 months ago. I called RCBS this morning and with no questions asked, they offered to ship me a replacement bowl at no cost. I needed no proof of purchase, or any documentation regarding the cracks. Pretty nice service and I thought I would pass it along. Kanatak. | ||

I wish the auto industry were as good about product warranty as the reloading industry. I've never had a problem dealing w/ any manuf. in the reloading industry. LIFE IS NOT A SPECTATOR'S SPORT! | |||

I'll second that. Heck, most of the reloading manufacturers will help you out even if it ain't their fault. RCBS & Hornady have always been Johnny on the spot with help and stand behind their products. Aut vincere aut mori | |||
