| I have a heavy barreled Savage .25-06 Remington. My rifle shoots the best with IMR 4350 powder; however, the velocity is not going to hang with RL22. |

| I just looked at my Sierra loading manual last night to get some ideas for loads in a new Remington 700BDL in .25-06 I got for Christmas. Sierra lists IMR4350 as the accuracy load powder in just about all bullet weights. Usually the Sierra suggested loads are pretty much dead on so I'm sure I'll be using a lot of 4350. Best wishes. | I have a Savage 110FP in 25-06. My 100 grain load with the Nosler Ballistic Tip is 51 grains of IMR 4350. This load gives me a chronographed muzzle velocity of 3167 fps. I get less than .75" three shot groups with this load. |
